Mark Tennant is the Non-Executive Chairman of Bluerock. As a highly-experienced banker, Mark has taken up senior roles at JP Morgan, Chase Manhattan Bank, Hill Samuel, Fidelity and Hambros Bank. In August 2009, he became Chairman of Scottish Financial Enterprise (SFE).

 

Vaughan Jenkins

Vaughan is Bluerock’s CEO and Director of Life and Pensions.  He has over 25 years experience in the financial services sector and has held director and principal level roles on the client side and in  management consultancy.  He has written and lectured on Proposition Innovation, e-Distribution  and has first-hand experience of making strategy happen, including developing propositions and managing portfolios of competing projects.  He has recently completed work on online financial planning; direct to consumer e-business strategies, workplace marketing and RDR readiness assessment.

Julian is Director of Cards and Payments and founder of Bluerock, having worked in the financial services industry for over fifteen years. He leads the retail financial services practice and has particular expertise in the Cards market.

Simon has spent the last 15 years in business development with senior roles in outsourcing, e-business and management consultancies in both Europe and the USA. Simon's last role was as Business Development Director for a well known financial services outsourcing organisation.
