Mark Tennant is the Non-Executive Chairman of Bluerock. As a highly-experienced banker, Mark has taken up senior roles at JP Morgan, Chase Manhattan Bank, Hill Samuel, Fidelity and Hambros Bank. In August 2009, he became Chairman of Scottish Financial Enterprise (SFE).

Julian is Chief Executive and founder of Bluerock, having worked in the financial services industry for over fifteen years. He leads the retail financial services practice and has particular expertise in the Cards market.

 

Bob Heath

Bob has over 15 years of experience of helping clients in the Financial Services industry achieve sustainable business change, mainly as a management consultant but also in line roles in a multinational service provider. Bob has considerable knowledge of the financial markets and specific expertise in both outsourcing and project management.

Simon has spent the last 15 years in business development with senior roles in outsourcing, e-business and management consultancies in both Europe and the USA. Simon's last role was as Business Development Director for a well known financial services outsourcing organisation.

 

Vaughan Jenkins

Vaughan has over 25 years experience in the financial services sector and has held director and partner level roles on the client side and in  management consultancy.  He has written and lectured on Proposition Innovation, e-Distribution  and has first-hand experience of making strategy happen, including developing propositions and managing portfolios of competing projects.  He has recently completed work on TCF, e-business strategies, guaranteed products and direct to consumer marketing.

 

Francesco Scarnera

Francesco is an experienced senior business advisor to retail financial services organisations and a results-orientated change programme director, with extensive experience of delivering high profile projects across Europe. His experience covers the full range strategy definition, business architecture design, business process improvement, business case development, process analysis and design, supplier selection, programme planning and business benefit realisation.

 

Neil Whittaker
Director, Head of Retail Banking

Following his military career, Neil embarked on a career in Financial Services and has gained a broad range of skills and senior-level industry experience.

More recently, Neil's consulting career has led him to key assignments with major financial services organisations. Neil is also an expert in behavioural profiling and considered an authority on the topic of sales and service with regular invitations to speak at conferences.
